CANCELLATION POLICY

I truly value my time and the time of every client who books with me. When an appointment is scheduled, that time is reserved exclusively for you. I completely understand that life happens kids get sick, work runs late, unexpected events pop up but to respect my schedule and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment, I kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations/ no-shows made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the services booked. This fee is not meant as a punishment but simply as a way to honor the time, preparation, and income lost when a spot cannot be filled at the last minute.
